Who is PPI built for?+

Two audiences: (1) resellers and new peptide brands who want true wholesale 10-vial kit pricing with COA paperwork they can pass to their own customers, and (2) bulk personal-use researchers who'd rather buy a 10-vial kit at wholesale than pay single-vial retail markups elsewhere.

Is there a minimum order to get wholesale pricing?+

No. Every 10-vial kit on the site is already priced at wholesale — one kit or one hundred, the per-vial rate is the same. There's no separate retail tier and no application process.

Can I resell PPI kits under my own brand?+

Yes. Kits ship unbranded and lot-traceable so you can package and market them under your own label. COAs are PDF and can be forwarded to your customers. We don't disclose your orders to anyone.

What does 'research grade' mean?+

Our peptides are produced for laboratory research and analytical work. They are not approved for human or veterinary consumption and are sold strictly for in-vitro and academic research use.

How pure are your peptides?+

Every batch is HPLC-tested at ≥99% purity and confirmed by mass spectrometry. A Certificate of Analysis (COA) ships with every order.

Do I need an account to order?+

No. PPI is a no-sign-up storefront. You provide a shipping address and email at checkout, and order confirmation plus tracking are emailed to you.

What payment methods do you accept?+

Solana Pay with USDC — scan the QR at checkout from any Solana wallet (Phantom, Solflare, Backpack). USDC is a 1:1 USD-pegged stablecoin, so there's no price-conversion math at send time. Payment is verified on-chain automatically, usually within seconds.

How long does shipping take?+

Approximately 10 business days from on-chain payment confirmation. Tracking is emailed as soon as your order is dispatched.

Is shipping free?+

Yes — free worldwide tracked shipping on every order. The shipping cost is included in the product price.

Do you ship internationally?+

Yes — we ship worldwide, free, with full tracking. Customs duties (if any) are the recipient's responsibility.

What if my package is lost or damaged?+

Email us within 14 days of the carrier-confirmed delivery date. We re-ship at no charge for carrier-confirmed losses.
