Delivery windows depend on which of our two warehouses stocks each SKU — most orders arrive within 5–15 business days of on-chain payment confirmation. Shipping is already absorbed into product pricing — no surprise fees at checkout.

Ships from our United States fulfillment center. Covers North America in 5–7 business days; international destinations 6–8. Cold-pack included for liquid solutions.

- Do you ship internationally?
- Yes. We ship worldwide, free, with full tracking. Customs duties (if any) are the recipient's responsibility.
- How long does delivery take?
- 5–8 business days for SKUs stocked in the US warehouse, 10–15 business days for the HK warehouse. Your cart shows the exact window for the items you're buying before checkout.
- What if my cart has both US and HK items?
- It ships as two separate parcels — one from each warehouse — with independent tracking numbers. Both are covered by free shipping.
- Is signature required?
- Not by default. You can request signature confirmation at checkout in the order notes.
- What if my package is lost?
- Email your order ID. We re-ship at no charge for packages lost in transit (carrier-confirmed).
